Galway County Council up for one award at the Local Government Awards

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway County Council is up for one award at this year’s ‘Excellence in Local Government Awards 2023’.

91 projects have been shortlisted in the 2023 awards, which honours the work being done by local authorities.

The winners will be announced on 23rd of November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry.

It’s the 20th year of the awards, and Chief Executive of Chambers Ireland, Ian Talbot, says the standard this year is very high:
