Galway City Council to recruit for Climate Action posts this month

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Galway City Council are to begin recruiting for two Climate Action posts this month.

The Environment Department gave local authorities approval last October to appoint a Climate Action Coordinator and a Climate Action Officer.

The city council says those roles will complement its Climate Action Team.

The team will assist in the development and rollout of campaigns which promote climate action and support project teams.
