Galway city achieved good standard in environmental governance in 2021

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A new EPA report has found that Galway City was among the best environmental governance performers in 2021.

The Environmental Protection Agency examined local authorities in terms of governance, waste, water, air and noise.

The report found that six local authorities, including Galway City, Cork County, Dublin City, Fingal, Longford and Monaghan, achieved the required standard in governance processes.
