Galway Bay fm newsroom - Galway born celebrity milliner Philip Treacy's success continues to grow as the latest accounts show that accumulated profits at his firm climbed to 350,000 pounds last year.
The Ahascragh native has achieved worldwide recognition with hats worn by the Royal Family, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Beyoncé, Grace Jones and Sarah Jessica Parker.
According to The Times Accounts filed by London-based Philip Treacy Ltd show that profits increased by 21 thousand pounds in the 12 months to the end of June.
However, the figures lodged with UK Companies House show that the cash pile at Treacy’s firm reduced from £300,000 to £166,000.
