Galway Bay fm newsroom - The Galway 2020 team is moving to allay fears over the future of the major project after the resignation of the creative director.

City Councillor Padraig Conneely claims there's a “confidence crisis” over the European Capital of Culture project over a number of recruitment issues.

British theatre director Chris Baldwin was appointed to the post of creative director last year - but has now moved on.
