Funding for community projects in Ros an Mhíl and Inis Meáin

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Funding has been announced for two community projects in Connemara.

€58,400 has been approved to progress the development of a playschool near Ros an Mhíl National School.

While a further €43,400 will support Comhlacht Forbartha Inis Meáin to carry out additional works on the new Community Centre being developed on the island.

The funding is being provided under the Government's Community and Language Supports Programme.
