Galway Bay fm newsroom - Funding has been awarded for a feasibility study on the creation of a new hub in Headford that would support cultural, recreational and enterprise activity.

The allocation towards a dedicated CREATE hub has been allocated by Galway Rural Development.
Councillor Mary Hoade says the funding is the first step in hopefully delivering a new bespoke hub in Headford to serve a wide range of community interests.

She's encouraging everyone to have their say when a consultation process is opened.
