Foundation works in preparation for a long-awaited bus shelter on the Galway Road in Headford are beginning today.
There will be minimal traffic delays on the Galway Road while works take place today and tomorrow, with the shelter to be installed later next week.
Local Fine Gael Councillor Andrew Reddington says the location was chosen with resident concerns in mind, and is close to where the bus stops at the moment.
