Galway Bay fm newsroom - A surgeon who previously worked at University Hospital Galway has been found guilty of professional misconduct.
Dr. Motaz Kabadaya appeared before a fitness-to-practice inquiry this week.
He also worked at University Hospital Limerick while he was not registered with the State as a medical practitioner.
According to today's Irish Times, the Irish and Egyptian citizen, apologised for his mistake.

It's a criminal offence to practice as a doctor in Ireland without registering with the Medical Council.
