Sinn Féin's Mairéad Farrell and Fianna Fáil's Éamon Ó Cuív are in a race to top the poll in Galway West.
It's after the results of the 7th count were announced putting Farrell at 10,013 votes - 44 votes behind the quota.
The other three seats will go to Independents Noel Grealish and Catherine Connolly, and Fine Gael's Hildegarde Naughton.
Fianna Fáil's Ollie Crowe has been eliminated from the race and his votes are now being redistributed.
The 7th count for Galway West is as follows:
