Emergency services at scene of traffic collision at Headford Road

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Emergency services are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision on the Headford Road.

It's understood the incident involved a truck and a car near the turn off for Corrandulla in the past hour.

The road remains open and Gardaí are currently directing traffic at the scene.

It's not yet known what injuries - if any - were sustained.
