Galway Bay fm newsroom – Gardai are seeking help from the public in relation to their investigation into a break-in at a house in an estate in Abbeyknockmoy, during which an elderly man was injured

Just after mid night on Friday two men entered the man’s home and demanded money.

The male suspects were in their 20s, well-dressed, and spoke with West of Ireland accents

One was approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall with fair hair and the second was smaller with dark hair.

Anyone with any information or who noticed anything out of the ordinary in Abbeyknockmoy last Friday night is urged to contact Tuam Gardai or any Garda station
