Sarah Smith, a member of East Galway Speakers, has placed third in the West/North West Region Toastmasters Evaluation Contest, which was held in Enniskillen this weekend.
Sarah who competed with other Toastmasters from Westmeath as far as Belfast, also represented the Loughrea based club in the International Speech contest.
East Galway Speakers holds its next meeting, themed Jersey Night, tomorrow night Monday 14th April, at Comworks, Loughrea, at 8 pm.
