Dunmore native recognised for literacy research

A Dunmore native has been named on a prestigious list of rising leaders on the literacy field.

27 year old Patrick Burke from Brackloon is the only Irish person on the International Literacy Association's 2019, '30 Under 30' list.

The Mary Immaculate College lecturer has been recognised for his work in literacy research and teacher education.
