Dublin-based insurance broker buys Galway financial services firm

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A Dublin-based insurance broker has bought Galway-based financial services firm Murray & Spelman.

The deal is subject to Central Bank approval, but will see the 36 staff in Galway and Kildare transfer to Arachas.

According to today's Irish Times, Murray & Spelman's financial arm is not included in the deal.
