Do not swim notice issued for Trá na mBan in Spiddal

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A 'do not swim' notice has been issued for Trá na mBan in Spiddal.

Bathing is prohibited due to samples showing elevated levels of bacteria.

Galway county council says it's likely due to heavy rainfall.

The ban is expected to be in place for up to five days.
