Diligent Corporation to create 200 jobs in Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Diligent Corporation is to create 200 jobs in Galway as it establishes its European hub in the West of Ireland.

The governance company plans to create the roles across several business functions, including customer support, customer success, finance, product, HR and marketing.

The firm's investment in Galway is supported by the Irish government through IDA Ireland.

Diligent serves some of the largest public governing bodies, including more than 50% of the Fortune 1000 and 70% of the FTSE 100.

Brian Stafford, CEO of Diligent says the talent pool available in the Galway community will support the nearly 50% of the firm's client base located outside of the U.S.
