Deputy Catherine Connolly says Galway facing twin crisis in home care provision

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A Galway TD has told the Dáil that Galway is facing a "twin crisis" in providing home care.

Deputy Catherine Connolly was speaking during a debate on a lack of home care hours, in the context of it being a national crisis.

But she said there's a vicious cycle in Galway that amounts to a "twin crisis".
