Demand for Covid tests increases by 25% at Carnmore cente

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Almost 6,500 Covid 19 tests were carried out at the Carnmore testing base last week.

The demand for Covid 19 tests has risen by 25% over the last seven days.

Latest figures from the HSE West show 6,473 tests were carried out in the period from last Monday to Sunday.

This compares to 5,142 tests carried out in the last week of October.
