Galway Bay fm newsroom - Motorists approaching the east of the city are experiencing long delays this morning.
A car is on fire between the Coolagh and Galway Clinic roundabouts and the road has now been closed to traffic.
Motorists are advised to expect delays. Gardai expect the road to re-open shortly.
