A decision is due in the next few weeks on plans for a new housing estate in Headford.
Hopeshire Limited is seeking permission for 28 new homes at a site which would be accessed through the existing Cúl na Coirre estate.
They'd be a mix of three and four bed homes.
County planners will make a decision next month.
