Cycling group lodges appeal against new parking facilities at Ballybrit Industrial Park

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Galway Cycling Campaign is opposing elements of a decision to grant planning permission for additional parking spaces at the former Hewlett Packard site in Ballybrit.

Earlier this year, the city council granted planning permission to Fleetglade Limited for alterations to the facility in Ballybrit Industrial Estate, which includes an extra 74 car parking spaces.

Now the cycling group has appealed that decision to An Bord Pleanála.
