Heart and stroke charity Croí is offering free health checks for farmers at Tuam Mart today.
They consist of two key assessments - a full medical check as well as a lifestyle analysis.
They take around half an hour to complete and are worth around €200.
Today's health checks at Tuam Mart are available until 4pm - and further information can be found at IFA.ie.

Free health checks will also be held at Gort Mart on Monday week from 10am.
