County councillor appeals to public to help tackle flash flooding due to blocked gullies

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A County Councillor is appealing to the public to help tackle flash flooding being experienced across the county due to blocked gullies.

Councillor Pete Roche says the problem is being reported in every area this afternoon and Galway County Council simply don't have the resources to be everywhere.

Councillor Roche says if people can check the gullies in their local areas it would be very beneficial.
