Galway Bay fm newsroom - The Local Development Plan for Clifden Town for the next five years has been adopted by Galway County Council.
The Plan relates to land use, housing and other issues affecting the community in the coming years.
The adoption comes following examinations of the area by the planning department at Galway County Council as well as a public consultation.
The plan will come into effect in four weeks.
