Councillor asks motorists to respect disabled parking bays over Christmas period

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A county councillor is urging motorists to avoid parking in disabled parking bays unless authorised to do so.

Councillor Andrew Reddington says too often, holders of a valid permit have to abandon their plans due to spaces being occupied by those who have no entitlement.

He's asking motorists to be considerate at all times, but particularly over the Christmas period.
