Council seeks contractor for county road improvement scheme

Galway Bay fm newsroom - The county council is seeking a contractor for a road safety scheme in the county.

The works are located on the N63 at Rooaunmore, about a kilometre east of the N83, N63 junction.

The works include kerbing, drainage, lining, signage and traffic management.

The aim of the scheme is to improve the junction layout, sight lines and safety for road users at the existing crossroads junction along the former N63 at Rooaunmore/Knockdoe Lackagh.

The deadline for expressions of interest in the contract is Friday March 29th.
