DNCF has been given planning permission for 8 houses off the N67 in Kilcolgan.
There are 16 planning conditions attached to the grant of planning permission for the development of 8 houses in Kilcolgan.
The proposed development must be fully completed and services such as public lighting operational before the houses are occupied.
Also the developer must pay almost 28 thousand euro to the local authority as part of the Development Contributions Scheme.
