Galway Bay fm newsroom - More time has been granted to complete a major residential development in Knocknacarra.
Michael Burke has been granted an extension of planning permission for the Maoilín development at Ballymoneen Road.
The Maoilín application is for 73 homes, made up of semi-detached 2,3 and 4 bedroom houses.
33 houses have been finished and are occupied and 9 more are almost finished.
The City Council has now granted an extension of planning permission until March 6th next year.
