Galway Bay fm newsroom - A pre-application has been submitted for a major apartment complex at Crown Square in Mervue.
Crown Square Developments Limited has submitted its consultation to An Bord Pleanála for 345 'build-to-rent' apartments, a creche and associated site works.
The Strategic Housing Development would be located at the junction of Monivea Road and Joyce's Road.
The consultation process will involve a stakeholder meeting where it will be then be decided if the application is ready for formal submission.
An Bord Pleanála is due to issue its recommendation in March.
