Clifden to host public meeting on future of rural GP services

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A public meeting will take place in Clifden this evening to discuss actions which could be taken to save rural GP services across Galway.

The meeting is part of a national series of events being organised by the ‘No Doctor, No Village’ campaign.

Organisers say villages that end up without a GP struggle to survive.

The Clifden meeting will take place at the Station House Hotel at 8pm.
