Galway Bay fm newsroom - Mayor of Galway Mike Cubbard has slammed what he's calling 'clowns' over illegal dumping in Westside.
It's after trolley loads of rubbish and mattresses were discovered at a public walkway between Camilaun and Coogan Park.
He's expressing frustration that such dumping is being done seemingly at ease and without fear of repercussions.
Mayor Councillor Cubbard says local community groups are putting in huge effort to enhance the area - only to be continuously blighted by dumping.
