City council slammed over tolerance of public drinking

A Galway city councillor has denounced the council for not taking the issue of illegal drinking in the city seriously.

Cllr Collette Connolly says the granting of use of the Spanish Arch to 'The Coors Light Challenge Rooms' over the weekend was 'insane.'
