Galway Bay fm newsroom - Preliminary plans for a multi-million euro apartment complex on the west side of the city need some changes before a full planning application is submitted.
An Bord Pleanála has issued its opinion on pre-consultation for the development of 335 apartments at Knocknacarra District Centre.
It says further consideration and amendments to the proposal are needed by the applicant Glenveagh Living Limited, before a full planning application is submitted.
Developers can now apply directly to An Bord Pleanála for planning permission for large scale residential developments under new government legislation.
