Call for measures to increase use of Oranmore train station

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A county councillor is calling on the council and Irish Rail to implement measures to encourage the use of Oranmore railway station.

Athenry-Oranmore Councillor Jim Cuddy says the station has the potential to alleviate the city's traffic problem but the service needs to be maximised.
