There's a call for Galway City Council to trial Christmas Park and Ride on the west side of Galway City.
The local authority does offer a Christmas Park and Ride service - but it operates between Ballybrit and the city centre.
The argument against a similar service on the opposite side has been that the demand isn't there.
But Councillor John Connolly told David Nevin a trial should be considered for the west side.
