Board issues opinion on plan for major student accommodation complex in Terryland

Galway Bay fm newsroom - An Bord Pleanala has issued its opinion that an application for a major new student accommodation complex in Terryland can be formally submitted.

The plan is led by Montane Developments Ltd.

It would involve 272 student bed spaces to be located at Collough Road in Terryland.

The pre-application consultation was lodged to determine if the proposal was feasible before being formally submitted.

An Bord Pleanala states the strategic housing development can now proceed to submission stage.
