Ballinasloe social housing plans to be submitted to Department shortly

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Plans for ten new homes in Ballinasloe will be submitted to the Department of Housing in the coming weeks.

The 1.7 million euro development will consist of 10 two storey, three bed houses within the existing Garbally Drive estate.

An appropriate assessment and flood risk assessment were carried out at the location and the site was deemed suitable for development.

The application for final approval will be submitted to the department in the coming weeks, after which a contractor can be selected for the project.
