Average cost of city home rises by 3 per cent in 9 months

Galway Bay fm newsroom - The average cost of a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in the city has risen by almost 3 per cent.

In the city, the cost of a house at the end of the first quarter of 2018 was about 272 thousand 500 euro, a rise of 2.8 per cent since June last year.
