A motor vehicle dealer from Athenry is on the latest list of tax defaulters
Revenue says 43 settlements were made in April, May and June - and over 6 and a half million remained unpaid as of June 30th.
Noel Turley from Mountain North in Athenry has a settlement bill of just under eight hundred thousand euro for under-declaration of VAT.
Over half a million euro - 563 thousand euro - remained unpaid at the 30th June - according to the report published by Revenue today.
Mr Turley is the only Galway name on the Part 2 settlements in the report.
Across the country, a nightclub owner, a doctor and an insurance company are among the tax defaulters hit with bills of nearly 10 million euro in the last few months.
Fines and penalties of more than a million euro were also imposed by the courts on 185 people under-declaring tax or not declaring it at all.
