Athenry Gaelscoil Campus moving ahead

The Department of Education has confirmed that it's finalising the accommodation schedules for the new Gaelscoil Campus in Athenry.

The Department has also confirmed that once the schedules are finalised, the project will pass to the Galway and Roscommon Education Training Board to appointment a design team.

Junior Minister Sean Canney says he's asking the Department of Education to move on this as quickly as possible because the demand for both the primary and secondary Gaelscoils is enormous.
