Galway Bay fm newsroom - As this year's Galway International Arts Festival enters its last few days the CEO has acknowledged there is a big pressure to have an extra special programme for Galway 2020.
John Crumlish said this year's festival has been very successful, and he's very happy both with ticket sales, and the strong impact on the Galway economy.
He says while the broad church of this year's programme has been very well received the Festival simply must deliver next year, given the cultural importance of Galway 2020.
However, speaking to Bernadette Prendergast John Crumlish remained tight-lipped on what we might expect to be included in the programme.
