Galway Bay fm newsroom - Approval has been given for a telecommunications mast in Claregalway.
The plans will see a 24 metre structure built at Cahergowan or Summerfield.
It'll provide for wireless data and broadband services.
The proposal, led by Emerald Tower Limited, has been approved by county planners with 10 conditions attached.
