Another new face for Galway City Council in City East

A new candidate for Fianna Fail has secured a seat in Galway City East.

Alan Cheevers was elected to the council in 10th count in the Westside Count Centre.

The new councillor has filled the third seat in Galway City East, with Independents Terry O'Flaherty and Declan McDonnell proceeding him.
