Almost 2 thousand homes without power in Oranmore area

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Almost two thousand homes are without power in the Oranmore area.

It's due to a major fault which occurred shortly before mid-day.

The outages are currently affecting 1,965 premises in the wider area.

The ESB expects supply to be restored around 1pm.
