Galway Bay fm newsroom - Over 800 homes in the Gort and Kinvara areas are currently without power.
The ESB says crews are working to resolve the faults affecting 824 homes since shortly before 4 this afternoon.
It's expected power will be restored to all areas by half seven this evening.
