Roscommon/Galway TD Claire Kerrane says it's unacceptable that almost 500 farmers in Galway are still waiting for their 2023 ACRES payment.
It comes after Agriculture Minister Charlie McConalogue announced 95% of balancing payments were to be payed before the end of September.
The ACRES scheme has come under scrutiny recently - with a number of public representatives calling for it's reform.
