5 Galway locations to host work and skills events for jobseekers

Five Galway locations are to host work and skills events for jobseekers as part of a national campaign.

The events aim to provide job seekers with an opportunity to connect with employers and to find out about training options to help them take the next step in their careers.

5 out of the 35 national work and skills events are to take place in locations across Galway this week

The first information sessions are to take place on Monday 9th in the Emerald Ballroom in Ballinasloe from 10am to 1.45pm and in the Intreo Centre Galway City from 10.30am-12:30pm.

This will be followed by an information session in the Loughrea Intreo centre on Tuesday 10th from 10am to 12.45pm

A recruitment fair for the defence forces is to take place in the Intreo Centre Galway city on the same day from 11am to 1pm.

The final information session is to take place on Thursday 12th in the Gort Education and Training Centre from 2pm to 3.45pm.
