Galway Bay fm newsroom - 57,000 Leaving Cert students will get their exam results today, 3000 of them in Galway.
One thousand 515 girls and one thousand 465 boys sat the State exam in Galway this summer.
A further 93 students in Galway sat the Leaving Cert Applied exam.
Students will be able to collect their results at their schools from this morning, or online from noon.

The State Examinations Commission says the results this year are broadly in line with those obtained in 2017.
