27 active CAB or money laundering cases being investigated in Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom – There are 27 active Criminal Assets Bureau or money laundering cases being investigated in Galway.

Cases investigated by CAB arise from criminal activity, particularly the drug trade.

It was revealed at a meeting of the Galway City Joint Policing Committee that all of the cases in the Galway Division have a suspect or suspects identified and files are pending for the DPP.
